Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. launches the new Special Edition variant with its popular MPV model Innova priced at Rs 8.87 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company will release only 700 units of the Special Edition and it will be on sale for a limited period, i.e. June to September 2010.

The Special Edition variant has body colour bumper, euro III & euro IV, body colour grill & hood mould, power windows & power door lock, rear door body colour garnish, air conditioner & power steering, body graphics. The new variant will be also available in one colour - Premium Super White.

"The Innova has been highly appreciated by our customers, and has been the market leader in the MPV segment ever since its launch in 2005. We are focused on constantly upgrading our products based on customer feedback, and are now delighted to introduce the all new edition of the Innova which offers unique styling in combination with affordable features. Only 700 units of the Innova Special Edition will be available for sale, for a limited period." said, Mr. Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director, Toyota Kirloskar Motor on the launch of the 'Special Edition'.




M&M has launched the own micro-site of its upcoming multi-utility vehicle Xylo which is coming in next month (Dec-2008). Details about the much awaited multi-utility vehicle from the company are available on www.mahindraxylo.co.in.

This website actually want to feedback for Xylo and in second mean they want make it popular. On this site you can participate a contest, can give any though about this model also. It was developed under the name of Mahindra Ingenio but the model will be launched as Xylo.

The company expecting that Xylo will launched in diesel, petrol engine & an automatic transmission. Engine powered by 2.5 litre Diesel Engine. The company is developing the petrol engine for the Xylo with AVL. Incidentally, the Xylo will be manufactured on the same assembly line as the Scorpio. However, it will have a new body shop, while the paint and press shop will be common.

The new model will be marketed as a “stretched sedan” which has been developed with a combined effort of nearly 160 engineers involved in the project. It will be pitted against the Toyota Innova and the new models from Tata, Tata Indicruz.
